I believe strongly and whole-heartedly in the power of women working together and supporting each other. Throughout my life, I have always been surrounded by great girlfriends, teachers, and mentors and have been lifted up in both effortless and challenging times by their support, advice, counseling, love and laughter. Throughout my education and career as a social worker and counselor, I have been drawn towards working with women in some capacity. New moms, women with cancer or a terminal illness, single moms, women with multiple sclerosis, and military spouses have been a few of the women or groups I have had the gift of working with and learning from. Starting Passion & Power Women's Retreats was a natural next step in using my skills and passion to help women take the next step in bringing their ideas and goals to the forefront of their lives. I am fortunate to have dedicated and supportive women working with me (and some great men!) to take this business to new levels. My greatest dream is to be able to have a Foundation that provides grants and start up funds to women who are ready to share their purpose and fulfill their highest potential.
