3 Bunches Collard Greens
Seasoned Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Lemon Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
2 Onions quartered
1 Bell Pepper
1 Celery stalk
Bacon drippings
2 Ham Hocks
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup vinegar
Boil ham hocks for at least 3 hours or until tender. Thoroughly chop
and wash greens. Place greens in the pot with the ham hocks. Add
onions, bell pepper, celery and remaining ingredients. Cook until
tender stirring occasionally, times may vary. Add water as needed.
