Starting January 1, 2010 I will be participating in the Special K Challenge. My goal is to lose 75 lbs. within 12 months. I challenge those of you that need it to participate in this challenge with me, if not for the look do it for your life. If any of you are like me, you hate to workout or participate in this sort of challenge by yourself. The Network of Business Women will be placing a Special K Challenge page with photos of the participants and a tracker of our weight loss for each month. We will weigh in at the end of each month and list our progress on the site. Our initial weight will be posted first. Many of our health issues be gone simply by eating healthy and losing the pounds.
